VIGLON polymeric sand pavement slabs is the perfect material for arrangement of any areas, conferring beauty and attractiveness to any site altogether.

Three main components make part of their composition: quartz sand, polymer and Bayer dye. All these components are thoroughly mixed, heated and pressed under heavy pressure.

Polymeric sand slabs are durable and wear-proof! Unlike concrete slabs that can crack in winter because of fragility and frost, it is virtually impossible to crack polymeric sand slabs.
High heat resistance prevents ice and snow from staying on top. The slabs ensure good adherence to shoes that do not slip on their surface.

Due to usage of polymer as linking element instead of cement, the advantages of these slabs are as follows:

Laying

Pavement polymeric sand slabs are laid on rubble, concrete or sand beddings. The type of bedding and its thickness depend on required operation conditions.

Slabs laid on dry mix or mortar bedding on rubble packing can bear the load of a passenger car. Slabs laid on concrete bedding can bear the load of a lorry.
